Shipping policy

At HomelandAI, we sell digital downloads and physical goods, including wall art, posters, prints, apparel, accessories, calendars, and related merchandise. This policy explains how delivery works for each product type.

Digital downloads

  • Digital download products do not require physical shipping.
  • After checkout, digital files or access instructions are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout or made available through the order confirmation flow.
  • No shipping charge applies to digital-only orders.

Processing time for physical items

  • Physical product orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Many physical items are produced or fulfilled after purchase, so processing time can vary by item, fulfillment partner, order volume, and season.

Delivery time for physical items

  • After a physical item ships, delivery typically takes 2-14 business days, depending on destination, carrier, service level, and item type.
  • Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs review, and other events outside our control can extend delivery times.

Shipping rates

  • Eligible lightweight physical items ship at a flat rate of $2.99.
  • Heavier, oversized, framed, metal, canvas, print-on-demand, international, or special-fulfillment physical items may show a higher shipping rate at checkout.
  • The final shipping rate is displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
  • Promotional free-shipping offers may apply when clearly shown at checkout or in a current promotion.

Shipping locations

  • We currently ship physical items to the United States and to select international destinations available at checkout.
  • If a destination is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship physical products to that location.
  • International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order tracking

  • When tracking is available, a tracking link or tracking number will be sent by email after the order ships.
  • Some digital products and certain low-cost physical shipments may not include carrier tracking.

Delays or delivery issues

  • If your physical order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at homelandai211@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
