HAI COMMAND — PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy describes how HomelandAI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the HAI Command application ("HAI Command" or "the App") and how data is accessed, used, and protected in connection with the Pinterest API.

HAI Command is a proprietary, internal-only publishing tool developed and used exclusively by the HomelandAI team. It is not a public-facing application and is not available to third-party users.

 

Pinterest Affiliation Disclaimer

HAI Command is an independent tool developed by HomelandAI. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Pinterest, Inc. The Pinterest name and logo are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc. HAI Command uses the Pinterest API solely to publish HomelandAI-owned content to HomelandAI-owned Pinterest boards.

 

HAI Command is an internal content management and publishing tool that connects to Pinterest via the official Pinterest API. Its sole purpose is to allow the HomelandAI team to publish original HomelandAI artwork to HomelandAI-owned Pinterest boards with SEO-optimized metadata including titles, descriptions, alt text, and hashtags.

HAI Command does not serve external users. It does not process data from any person other than authorized HomelandAI team members operating the application.

 

In order to publish pins to our Pinterest account, HAI Command accesses the following data through the Pinterest API:

•         Pinterest account information (account ID, username) to authenticate our account

•         Pinterest board names and board IDs to route pins to the correct boards

•         OAuth access tokens issued by Pinterest to authorize publishing actions

We do not access, collect, store, or process Pinterest data from any user other than the HomelandAI account owner.

 

All data accessed through the Pinterest API is used exclusively for the following purposes:

•         Authenticating the HomelandAI Pinterest account

•         Retrieving HomelandAI board names and IDs to enable accurate board routing

•         Publishing original HomelandAI artwork as pins to HomelandAI-owned boards

We do not use Pinterest API data for advertising, profiling, resale, analytics on third-party users, or any purpose beyond direct internal publishing operations.

 

No Resale or Redistribution of Pinterest Data

HomelandAI does not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any Pinterest-derived data or Pinterest content to any third party under any circumstances. Pinterest API data is used solely and exclusively for the internal publishing operations described in this policy.

 

HAI Command stores only the minimum data necessary to operate:

•         OAuth tokens are stored locally and securely on HomelandAI's internal systems solely to maintain the Pinterest API connection

•         Board mapping configurations (board names and IDs) are stored internally for operational routing purposes

•         No Pinterest user data, personal data, or third-party data is collected or retained

OAuth tokens are refreshed or revoked in accordance with Pinterest's API authorization standards. We do not retain tokens beyond their operational necessity.

 

Data Deletion Upon Disconnection

If and when the HomelandAI Pinterest account is disconnected from HAI Command, or if API access is revoked for any reason, the following steps are taken immediately:

•         All stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from HomelandAI's internal systems

•         All Pinterest-derived board mapping data (board names and IDs) is purged from the application

•         No Pinterest-derived data is retained, archived, or transferred following disconnection

HomelandAI does not retain any Pinterest API data beyond the active, authorized connection period.

 

HomelandAI does not sell, share, rent, license, redistribute, or disclose any data accessed through the Pinterest API to any third party. This includes but is not limited to:

•         Pinterest account data (account ID, username, board information)

•         OAuth tokens or authentication credentials

•         Any Pinterest-derived content, metadata, or analytics

HAI Command is an internal tool with no external-facing data flows beyond the direct Pinterest API connection itself.

 

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data accessed through the Pinterest API, including:

•         Secure local storage of OAuth credentials

•         Access to HAI Command is restricted to authorized HomelandAI team members only

•         No sensitive Pinterest data is transmitted to or stored on external servers

 

HAI Command is built and operated in full compliance with Pinterest's Developer Terms of Service and API usage policies. We use the Pinterest API only to publish original content to boards we own and manage. We do not use the API to:

•         Scrape or collect data from other Pinterest users

•         Automate engagement (likes, follows, repins) on any account

•         Access data from Pinterest users who have not authorized our application

•         Publish content owned by any party other than HomelandAI

•         Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data

 

HAI Command is an internal business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable regulations. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of HAI Command following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
